Daniel O. Doiron, 76, of Vidor, died Wednesday, April 25, at Baptist Hospital of S.E. Texas in Beaumont. A native of Starks, he was a longtime resident of Vidor. Daniel retired from Oxy Chem as an operator. He served his country in the US Army.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, April 28, at Eastgate United Pentecostal Church in Vidor, under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor.

Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm at Eastgate United Pentecostal Church.

Daniel was preceded in death by his son, Douglas Doiron and daughter, Rolanda Doiron, one brother, and five sisters.

He is survived by his wife, Sue Doiron; sons, Darren Doiron of Vidor, Butch Chesser of Beaumont, Guy Chesser and his wife, Margene, Mark Chesser, Todd Chesser and his wife, Renee all of Vidor; grandchildren, Marcus Doiron and wife, Kristina, Brooke Raymond and husband, Charlie, Tyler Doiron, Sydney Doiron, Justin Ard, Share Ard, Hope Long and husband, Josh, Hannah Ezell and husband, Calvin, Corey Chesser, Mark Chesser, Nicole Hancock and husband, Carl, Blair Nealy and husband, Brad, Andy Turner and wife, Lacey; great grandchildren, Destiny, Kaylee, Kara, Cooper, Conner, Hudson, Brody, Addison, Kryslyn, Weston, Clayton, Cobe, Lydia, Peyden, Paxton and Pryce.
