Dwain Thomas Casteel “D-Dog” passed away unexpectedly May 30, in Beaumont. D-Dog was born Oct. 28, 1963; in Orange, to Wayne Thomas Casteel and Volna LaPointe. D-Dog enjoyed working, fishing, hunting, joking around with family and friends. Most of all he loved and adored his daughters.

A gathering of family and friends will be held Tuesday, June 5, from 6 to 8 p.m., at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, June 6, at 10:00 a.m., in the Chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home, burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

D-Dog is preceded in death by his parents, Wayne Thomas and Volna Casteel.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories daughters; Jennifer and Jaime Casteel of Beaumont; ex-wife, Karen Casteel; brother, Mark Casteel; sisters, Lisa Lambeth and Darline Casteel; nieces, Taylor Casteel, Brandi Casteel and April Casteel; nephews, Thomas Casteel and Matthew Casteel.
