Cooking with Katherine: Katherine Arlene’s Bread Pudding
Here is the most Fabulous easy Bread Pudding ever. And now we will be serving it up at my Restaurant.
It really is so good you do not even need to put a sauce on top, and best of all beware it has that wonderful rich bread pudding taste! Happy Eating!
1 Qt. of heavy cream
2 packages of white chocolate chips
In microwave cook slowly till melted (stir 1 min. at a time)
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 loaf of French bread
Mix all together and pour over a loaf of French bread torn into pieces. Bake at 350 degrees 40-45 min.
