 A 25 year old Orangefield man was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and transported to the Orange County Jail for booking.

At approximately 6:41 p.m., Wednesday, narcotics officers with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office were executing a search warrant at 6210 Cormier Road in Orangefield. Marijuana, assorted drug paraphernalia, scales, and other contraband were seized during the search.

The suspect, Mark Allan Thomas, a white male, was arrested and later released on a $500 bond. The amount of marijuana found is a misdemeanor offense.
