A husband and wife were arrested Tuesday for possession of marijuana when Orange Police Dept. Narcotics Division executed a search warrant at 901 Dupont. Michael David Bellon, 34, and Jennifer Hickey Bellon, 32, were arrested when officers recovered approximately one pound of marijuana, along with a scale and assorted paraphernalia used in distribution. The couple have both bonded out of jail on $5,000 bonds each. The charges are a state jail felony offense.
