Wayne Williams, 68, of Call, died Dec. 24 at his home. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 29, at Call Junction Baptist Church with burial, and Masonic Rites at Singleton Cemetery near Vidor. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at Adams EE Stringer Funeral Home in Kirbyville.

Born in Beaumont, he had lived in Kirbyville since 1971 and was the owner/operator of Ace Electric and ACME Services in Kirbyville. He was also a member of Nathan Corley Masonic Lodge in Kirbyville.

Survivors include his wife, Sheryl Williams of Call; son Jeff Williams and wife Tammy, of Call; daughter Traci Downs and husband Troy of Call; brother Roger Williams of Buna; sisters Martha Shipley and husband Aubrey of Vidor, Karen Elliott and husband James of Kirbyville, and Kay Brown and husband Charlie of Vidor; five grandchildren and one great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial scholarship fund has been set up at Community Bank in Kirbyville. For donations, contact the bank at 409-423-4602.
