Construction on IH-10 will cause delays

Those traveling on Interstate 10 in Orange County near the Neches River Sunday night should expect delays, while construction crews remove concrete barriers, says the Texas Department of Transportation. Night work to the westbound lane of IH-10 at the Neches River will begin at 9:00 p.m. Sunday, and end at 5:00 a.m. Monday.
