The LCM UIL Prose and Poetry team found success at the Nederland UIL Meet on Saturday, Jan. 19. The team of six saw every member advance from Preliminary to Semi-Final Competition with four readers reaching the final round.

Placing in Finals were (pictured left to right), Kristin Yokum, second in Prose; Jacob Richard, first in Prose; Rebecca Sanford, fifth in Poetry, and Courtney Atherton, first in Poetry.

LCM was the most represented school in Finals competition. The readers are coached by LCM Theatre Director Cory Broom.
