Two treated for gunshot wounds

Early Sunday morning, Jan. 27, Orange Police were dispatched to Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital-Orange in reference to two men who had been shot. The two had been shot by unknown suspects with buckshot while driving in the area of IH-10 and N. 23rd St. Officer James Gillen made contact with the victims and four other occupants of the vehicle they were riding in. Police observed damage to the vehicle consistent with buckshot.

The victims received non-life threatening injuries, and were treated at the emergency room before being released. Both victims stated they wished to pursue charges should the suspects be located and identified.
