Robert H. Mayo, 80, of Beaumont passed away Feb. 6. A native of Spurger, he lived in Nederland most of his life before moving to Beaumont in 1993. He was in operations in the oil refineries.

He is survived by his children, Kenneth Osburn of Vidor, Cheryl Rice of Katy and Wayne Mayo of Huffman; brother, James L. Mayo of Beaumont; four grandchildren with one preceeding him, and three great grandchildren.

Funeral service was held Saturday, burial following at the Beech Creek Cemetery in Beaumont.
