An Orange woman was arrested for criminal trespass Wednesday, Feb. 20 after police responded to a call from Kroger, in the 1600 block of 16th St. The manager of the store called police when she observed 35 year old Shantell Jordan inside the store making a purchase.

When officer James Gillen arrived, the manager advised him that Jordan had an active criminal trespass warning which had been issued in November of 2012. The manager told police that she would like to pursue charges against Jordan, and refunded her money she had spent earlier in the store.

Jordan was taken into custody and transported to Orange County Jail, where she was booked on criminal trespass charges.
