Audrey Marie Broussard Licatino, 82 of Groves passed away Friday, March 1, at her home surrounded by her family. Audrey was born Sept. 5, 1930 in Port Arthur to the late Louis Broussard and Germaine Domec Broussard. Audrey is best described by her family as a faithful wife, loving mother and devoted grandmother.

Audrey loved having people around her and hosted many family reunions. Audrey spent her free time praying for her family and friends. She was devoted and faithful in her faith and passed along her strong love for God to her children. She loved listening and dancing to French music and was an avid reader. Audrey was the proud owner of Unique Flowers for over 30 years. She will be greatly missed by many in her community and in her family.

Audrey was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Louis James Broussard.

Audrey is survived by her husband of over 62 years, Daniel Luke Licatino, Sr .; sons, Daniel Licatino, Jr. and his wife Diana of Port Acres; Robert Louis Licatino and his wife Darlene of Bridge City; Larry Neil Licatino and his wife Jeanne of Groves; daughters, Laurie Ann James and her husband Bud of Groves and Felicia Lynn Therrien and her husband Marvin of Port Neches; nine grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Sunday, March 3, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00 p.m., at Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 4, at St. Peters Catholic Church, Groves with entombment to follow at Oak Bluff Cemetery, Port Neches.
