Little Cypress-Mauriceville pole-vaulter, Zoe Casteel, had great weekend at Texas Relays on March 30-31, in Austin. The senior posted a personal best of 11 feet 7.75 inches, earning fourth place in her category. According to LCM track coach, Jamie DeShazo, the Texas Relays meet is probably the biggest one of its kind nationally and competitors must qualify for the event.

The competition sees participation from high schooland college athletes, as well as professional track stars.
