William T. Phelps, 74 of Vidor died Sunday, June 16, at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. A native of Creswell, NC, he has lived in Vidor for the past 10 years. Tommy was a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday, June 19, at Williamson Cemetery in Vidor.

Tommy is survived by his nieces, Theresa Worth and her husband Michael, Connie Bozman and her husband Steve all of Vidor, and numerous great nieces, and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
