The man who robbed the Capital One Bank in Orange has been arrested near Vinton. Police say Allen Keith Miller, of Cameron, La. was arrested after his car was spotted on Interstate 10 at about 11:00 pm Tuesday. A deputy with the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office stopped Miller, and arrested him.

Miller entered the Orange branch of Capital One Bank at about 3:15 pm Tuesday and passed a note to the teller demanding cash. He never showed a weapon, and he left after the teller gave him the money. He was believed to have worn a blonde wig during the robbery.

This is the third time Capital One has been robbed in a year.
