Peggy Jo Strong, 63, of Vidor died Friday, July 5, at Oakwood Manor Nursing Home in Vidor. A native of Beaumont, she was a longtime resident of Vidor. Peggy was a homemaker, a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, July 9, at Memorial Funeral Home.

Peggy is survived by her husband Paul Strong of Vidor; sons James Jannise and his wife April of Lake Forest, CA, Paul Jannise and his wife Shawn of Vidor; brother Michael Koch of Splendora, TX; sister Betty Welch of Vidor, four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
