The body of a Bridge City man, who was reported missing after his boat collided with a tugboat, has been found near the area where the crash occurred. John Tran, 56, was reported missing Sunday after his boat collided with a tugboat pushing several barges in the Intracoastal Waterway.

According to Chad Hogan with the Orange County Sheriff's Office, Tran's body was recovered at about 8:00 pm Monday. Tran's body was taken to the Jefferson County Morgue for an autopsy.
