Walda Ann Bland Crites, 85, of Orange passed away Friday, July 12, at The Meadows. She was born Aug. 20, 1927 in Orange, and later moved to the Houston area before settling in Spring.

She was the property manager for several different banks and was never bashful when it came to working. Mrs. Crites enjoyed deer hunting and cooking, but she mostly enjoyed working in her yard.
