OHS Cheerleaders earn honors at A&M

The Orangefield High School cheerleaders recently attended cheer camp at Texas A&M University. The Varsity and JV squads brought home second place overall in the Home Pom division. The JV squad was also awarded with 2nd place in the JV division for their Sideline performance and Extreme Routine.

Both Varsity and JV received superior ribbons in the cheer evaluation and an excellent ribbon in the Extreme Routine evaluation. Mascot, Kori Brown was awarded with the Small Team Superior award and Mascot, Julia Droll was given the Dance Champ award. Both Kori and Julia were named All American mascots. JV Cheerleaders, Britton Edgerly and Josi Ordoyne were also named All American cheerleaders, along with senior, Aaliyah Johnson.
