Wednesday Aug. 07, at 7:30 p.m., officers of the Orange Police Department, Orange County Sheriff’s Department, Port Arthur Police Department, and the Texas Department of Public Safety executed a search warrant at Vanity’s Game Room located at 1004 16th St. in Orange.

During the search warrant, a substance that is believed to be “crack cocaine” was found. The owner of the business, Quintelliouse Vontoure, a 29 year old black male from Orange, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

The investigation continues through the detective division of the Orange Police Department.
