Robert L. Singleton, 63, of Vidor died Friday, Aug. 16, at his residence. A native of Mountain Home, ID, he was a longtime Vidor resident.
Robert was a cowboy, loved country music and was an avid gun collector, and was a member of the NRA. He was a loving family man and neighbor.
A memorial service will begin at 10:00 a.m. Monday, Aug. 19, at Memorial Funeral Home.
Robert is survived by his wife Bea Singleton of Vidor; sons Shane Singleton of Sulphur, LA, Robert Singleton of Greenbrair, AR, Quinton Singleton of Orange, Joshua Singleton of Amarillo, and Jeremiah Woodford of Austin; daughters, Malinda Granger and Cherokee Singleton both of Starks, and Monica Cobb of Beaumont; mother Joyce Snook, and her husband Paul of Vidor; sisters Gloria Singleton of Spurger, and Rebecca Hightower of Brookeland, and a host of grandchildren.
Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor.
