Sammie L. Bordages, 90, of Beaumont, died Monday, Sept. 16, in her home. A native of Orange, she was the daughter of Harry M. and Eurice Hebert.

Sammie is survived by her sons, William Bill Bordages and his wife, Mary, of Manhattan Beach, Ca., and David Bordages and his wife, Cathy, of Ladera Ranch, Ca.; daughters, Candace Otillar and her husband, Bob, of Houston; Suzanne Bloyd of Beaumont; and Eurice Reecie LoPiccolo of Houston; 20 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, William L. Billy Bordages; and her son, James H. Jimmy Bordages.

A family Rosary for Mrs. Bordages will be recited at 5:30 p.m., with a Christian Vigil to follow at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 19, at Broussard's, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Friday, Sept. 20, at St. Anthony Cathedral Basilica, 700 Jefferson Street, Beaumont, with interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
