Gary Wayne Halliburton, Sr., 60, of Orange, passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2013, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Houston.

Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m., Saturday, November 2, 2013 at First Baptist Church Orange, 7637 MLK, Orange, Texas 77632. A service of remembrance will follow at 10:00 a.m.

Gary was born November 24, 1952 in Lufkin, Texas to Clarence and Sallie Halliburton. He was a 1971 graduate of Bridge City High School. He worked as a Maintenance Mechanic for A. Schulman. He was a former member of the Orange Boating Club and the A. Schulman Fishing Club. He loved to go camping and fish and spend time with his grandkids.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brother and sister-in-law; Curtis Wayne and Patsy Halliburton, brother-in-laws; Henry Meador and Bobby Krustchinsky.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Sandra Halliburton of Orange, sons; Gary Halliburton and wife Tammi of Orange, Brian Halliburton and wife Shannon of Mauriceville and Kevin Halliburton of Orange, grandchildren; Matthew and Mark Halliburton and Rylee LeVasseur; brother; Roy Lee Halliburton and wife Mary, sisters; Shirley Hearn and husband Buddy, Laverne Garza and husband Richard, Varnell Phillips, Earline Meador and Joann Kristchinsky.
