The Fraternal Order of Eagles will hold a benefit for Joe Caraway, who had a leg amputated. The benefit will be held at 11:00 am, Nov. 23, at the Eagle's Lodge, located at 803 N. 28th St.

Live entertainment will be provided by local band, Three Legged Dawg. Other activities will include a raffle, cake walks, washer, dart and pool tournaments. BBQ chicken and link plates will be sold, and door prizes will be given throughout the day.

Proceeds from the benefit will assist in the expense of equipment and labor to make Caraway's home handicap accessible. There are also ongoing medical expenses to be paid.
