Gracie B. Paulk, 88, of West Orange, passed away Thursday, Dec. 19, at Harbor Hospice House in Beaumont. A native of Manifest, LA, she was a longtime resident of West Orange, and was a member of North Orange Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Walter Taylor and Lillian Smith Taylor; husband Dempsey Paulk; son Lawrence Paulk; daughter Nell Paulk; granddaughter Lisa Bernard; three brothers, and one sister.

She was survived by her daughters, Carol Bernard and her husband Dave of Baytown, Dianne Van Scoy and her husband Gene, and Susan Touchstone and her husband Ronnie, all of Orange; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 5:00 pm Sunday, Dec. 22, at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with a private interment to follow. A gathering for family and friends will begin at 3:00 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
