John Robert ‘Bob’ Stahl, of Deer Park, passed away Thursday, Dec. 19, due to a heart attack, at the age of 61. He was born in Bridge City, on June 5, 1952. He was a 1970 graduate of Bridge City High School.

Bob is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Katherine Hellman Stahl, and a plethora of family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Albert Stahl, and mother, Louise Davis Stahl of Bridge City.

There will be a memorial service Jan. 3, at 2:00 pm, at Deer Park Funeral Directors.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to either of the following charities, Basset Buddies Rescue of Texas (bbrtx.org) or A New Dawn Pet Adoption Center in Deer Park (anewdawnpetadoption.org).
