Teresa Lynne Vincent Wilhite, 54, of Orange, died Monday, Jan. 6, in Houston.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 11, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange. Officiating will be the Rev. Kevin Trinkle, chaplain at Baptist Hospital in Orange, and the Rev. David Turner, pastor of Little Cypress Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 p.m., Friday at the funeral home.

Born in Orange, on Oct. 16, 1959, Teresa was the daughter of Rush A. and Willie M. (Franklin) Vincent. She worked as a massage therapist and was a certified Texas Master Gardener who enjoyed spending time working in her garden. She loved life and her family, and will be remembered for her infectious smile and laugh which brought joy to all who knew her.

Preceded in death by her parents, Teresa is survived by her husband, James E. “Buddy” Wilhite of Orange; daughter, Heather Wilhite Green and husband Cody of Orange; grandchildren, Callissa and Kaitlynne Green; and sister, Martha F. Vincent Gault and husband Joe of Sour Lake.
