Larry Glen Hagler

Larry Glen Hagler, 58, of Beaumont, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Jan. 28. He was born March 8, 1955, in Port Arthur, to Dorothy Wedes Hagler and Charlie Hagler.

He attended Bridge City High School where he excelled in all sports, including track, that to this day his record has not been broken. Larry was a Houston Texans and Astros fan like none other. He was also an avid music lover of all genres.

Survivors include his wife, Jamie Brabham Hagler of Beaumont; sister and brother-in-law, Debbie and Eddie Nowinski of Houston; daughter, Amanda Joy Gonzales of LaPorte; grandson and best friend, Kody Bryson Roberts; step-mother, Nancy Hagler of Temple; as well as the family pet, Persian cat, Chase.

He is preceded in death by his brother, Randy Hagler; mother, Dorothy Wedes; step-father, Phillip Wedes; and nephew, Dustin Nowinski.

Larry will be remembered by his kindness, sense of humor, love of family and friends, and will be missed greatly.

Services were held Saturday, February 1, in Beaumont.
