Carmadle Locke, 92, of Vidor died Sunday, March 2, at Oakwood Manor Nursing Home in Vidor.

Carmadle was a native of White City, TX, and was a longtime resident of Vidor. Carmadle was a member of First Baptist Church in Vidor, and was a member of the order of Eastern Star Chapter #912.

Funeral services will be held at at 2:00 pm Wednesday, March 5, at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. A gathering for family and friends will begin at 6:00 pm Tuesday, March 4, at Memorial Funeral Home.

Carmadle was preceded in death by her husband Walter W. Locke, daughter Barbara Jo Mashaw, and grandson Walter "Randy" Randall Locke.

She is survived by her son Billy Walter Locke and his wife Diane of Gist; daughter Gayle Ramirez and her husband Joe of Vidor; sister Gladys Arnold of Orange; brother Billy Gene Williams Norwood, TX; grandchildren Scott Ramirez and Kim, Kelle Ramirez Miller and Steven, Marshall Mashaw and Tammy, Morgan Mashaw and Shelly, Will Locke and Candace, Sarah Stockwell and Lucas, and 14 great grandchildren.
