Patricia Anne Tamplin, 68, of Port Neches, died Sunday, March 23, at Methodist Hospital in Houston.

Patricia was born July 22, 1945 in Beaumont, to Howard Taylor and Mildred Ingram Taylor. She was a resident of Port Neches for 30 years and a retired Teacher with Bridge City ISD, with 35 years of service.

Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, March 26, at 2:00 p.m., at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches, with the Rev. Wilton Anthony officiating.

Patricia is survived by her daughter, Brooke Tamplin Ainsworth and husband, Ron of Shreveport, La.

Her family would like to share their gratitude to the Methodist J.C. Walter Jr. Transplant Center and the Lung Transplant Team. A special thank you to the nurses and staff of Dunn 4, and the Medical ICU Team.
