Wednesday, April 23, at approximately 10:30 PM, the narcotics division of the Orange Police Department conducted an investigation of drug sales from a room at the Best Price Inn, located at 2610 IH-10, in Orange.

The investigation culminated in the arrest of Autumn L. Durden, 26 years of Orange. Officers seized six ounces of methamphetamine and several packages of synthetic marijuana. Durden was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, a second degree felony.

This is the second time this month Durden was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at a motel.   On April 6,  she was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and cocaine at the Studio 6 M20140423_231635otel,  located at 2502 Hwy 62 in Orange.
