Ramona Gay Tolman, 44, of Mauriceville passed away on Sunday, April 20.

Ramona was born in Baytown, Nov. 25, 1969 to Hugh Broussard and Lorida Thibodeaux. She lived most of her life in the Orange area and was a dental assistant for many years at Sundown West Dental, for Dr. Travis Miller DDS. She was a member of First United Pentecostal Church of Deweyville. Ramona loved people, making new friends or just helping a friend or a love one that needed a smile and her good loving heart. Ramona loved the outdoors; just hanging out with friends and family or just taking a ride to enjoy nature.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Blake Alan Twiner, and mother, Lorida Thibodeaux.

Ramona is survived by her husband, Kenneth Tolman of Mauriceville; daughters, Brittnie Stephenson and husband, Kurt of Deweyville, Courteney Twiner of Mauriceville, Tiffany Twiner of Orange, and Jessica Twiner of Mauriceville; son, Blake Alan Twiner Jr.

and wife, Cathy of Silsbee; father; Hugh Broussard of Orange; sisters, Tina Claybar of Austin, Lisa Ramirez of Sealy, Brenda Mhire of Lake Charles, Mildred Smith of Creole; brother, and Hugh Lambert Broussard of Sulphur.

She is also survived by her grandchildren, Blakely Stephenson, Blake Alan Twiner III, Blake Alan Pyle, and Keith Lilley; father and mother in law, Patrick A. and Sarah LaRue Tolman; step son, Tharon Tolman of Silsbee, and numerous extended family members.

The family will hold a service to honor her life on Saturday, April 26, at 2:00 pm, at First United Pentecostal Church of Deweyville, with a gathering of family and friends from noon until service time. The Rev. Michael Orange will be officiating. Cremation arrangements were entrusted with Dorman Funeral Home.
