Thursday. Sept. 11, Orange police responded to a disturbance call at 1023 Scott St. Officers made contact with a woman who stated she went to the residence to pick up her vehicle. The woman, Knikkie Johnson, said she entered the home and went to the bedroom where her husband was staying. Upon entering the bedroom, Knikkie told police that she saw her husband and another woman, Tiffany Bignham, on the bed, and Bingham was undressed.

Knikkie Johnson told officers that she grabbed Bingham by the back of her head and threw her to the ground. In return, Knikkie's husband, James Johnson, grabbed her and began to strike and choke her.

When police tried to speak with James Johnson, he became irate and resisted police. Johnson was arrested and taken to the Orange County Jail.

Bingham stated she wished to press charges against Knikkie Johnson for assaulting her.
