Little Cypress-Mauriceville teachers were once again an integral part of Region 5 Education Service Center’s Mobile Mania, a workshop to help teachers throughout southeast Texas learn to integrate technology in their classrooms. The sessions included topics such as global collaboration; using technology to inform, update, and collaborate; mobile learning sharing tricks and tips; and staying afloat with digital curation.

LCM elementary staff who were presenters include Teresa Hargrave, Tania Jackson, and Brenda Jones. Secondary teachers are Melanie Claybar, Leigh Martin, and Elise Fountain. Peggy Hale, LCM Instructional Technology Specialist, and Technology Director Kim Allen also shared their expertise with attendees. This is the Third Mobile Mania conference at Region 5 and LCM staff have participated each year, the past two years as presenters.
