Jo Ann Katherine Suire, 70, of Bridge City passed away Sunday, Nov. 2, at Baptist Hospital in Beaumont.

Jo Ann was born Feb. 5, 1944 in Orange, to George Irvin Fox and Ludy Rose (LeJeune) Fox. She has lived the last 14 years in Bridge City, prior in the Orange area. Jo Ann managed the Lisotta's Self Storage for many years and she was a hard working woman. She enjoyed the outdoors, gardening and working in her yard, knitting, and spending time with her family. Jo Ann was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and friend who will be missing dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Margaret Guiroz, and step son, Allen Ray Suire Jr..

Jo Ann is survived by her husband, Allen Ray Suire Sr .; daughters, Rose Marie “Peanut” Philpot and husband, Charles, Tina Gail Wise and husband, Clay, Rebecca Ann Ledford and husband, Larry, Vickie Lynn Scales and husband, Edward; step daughter, Cynthia Ann Suire; son, Julius LeDoux Jr. and wife, Diane; step sons, Clifford Wayne Suire, Seth Joseph Suire, Ryan Elliot Suire; brothers, George "Sonny" Fox, Clifford Guy Fox, David Fox. She also survived by 14 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and first husband, Julius LeDoux Sr..

A graveside service will be held Saturday, Nov. 15, at 12:00 pm, at Autumn Oaks Memorial Park. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Dorman Funeral Home.
