The West Orange - Stark Middle School “Stampede Rocket Club” launched a number of rockets from the WO-S Middle School football field recently.

The club, sponsored by Steven Singer, has introduced Rocket History to students. Now that student teams have experienced initial launches, they will begin to design and build their own rocket kits and predict results. Mr. Singer uses the Engineering Design process to encourage creativity and individual resources.
