All non-essential City of Orange offices will be closed Thursday and Friday, Nov. 27 and 28 in observance of Thanksgiving. Garbage regularly picked up on Thursday, will be picked up on Friday. Friday pickup will be Saturday.
Regular City business will resume Monday, Dec. 1.
