Bobby L. McGalin, 53, of Orange passed away Friday, Feb. 6, at Baptist Hospital in Beaumont.

Bobby was born Dec. 1, 1961 in Orange to Pearl Elizabeth (Young) and Kenneth Wayne McGalin. He was a tree surgeon for many years in the Orange area. He enjoyed the outdoors; going hunting, fishing and 4-wheeling. Bobby loved spending time with his family, especially his daughter and grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his father; maternal grandparents, Jimmy and Elizabeth Young; paternal grandparents, Earl and Pauline McGalin; brother, Elton McGalin.

Bobby is survived by his mother, Pearl McGalin of Orange; daughter, Nicole McGalin of Bridge City; grandchild, Jaden Williams; step-daughters, Carita Douvio, Sarah Fuselier; step-sons, John Reynolds Jr., Joseph Reynolds; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

A visitation will be held Monday, February 9, from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm at Dorman Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, Feb. 10, at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Antioch Cemetery in Buna.

Honoring Bobby as pallbearers will be Chris Ledoux, Joseph Reynolds, John Reynolds, David Call, and Jason Corn.
