The St. Mary Catholic School Student Council attended the 2015 Texas Association of Student Councils, District 17 Spring Convention at the Beaumont Civic Center. The council received Outstanding Student Council, Outstanding Energy & Environment, Outstanding Pride and Patriotism, Outstanding D.A.S.H. and Outstanding Community Service which qualified them for Sweepstakes status. The council will hold the office of secretary for the upcoming school year. Mrs. Angie K. Smith was elected as the TASC, District 17 Advisor of the Year.
