Christine Elizabeth (Lynch) Leleaux, 45, of Orange passed away Wednesday at home surrounded by her loving family.
Christine was born in Wiesbaden, Germany to Marianne Luzia (Kuhnig) and David Seaward Lynch. She lived the last 16 years in Orange. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse for many years. Christine dedicated her life to others; from being an Army Medical Nurse from 1988 until 1991 during Desert Storm, to healing people’s hearts and bodies at a hospital. She enjoyed a good book, loved a well cooked meal, the beach, sleeping on a rainy day and loved spending time with her girls. Christine was a beautiful, bittersweet, sensitive daughter, sister, friend, nurse, mother, soul and had genuine love so powerful we were all lucky to have been loved by such a kind, faint hearted soul. Christine will be missed dearly by all.
She was preceded in death by her father, David Seaward Lynch.
She is survived by her daughters, Kaitlyn Stewart of Austin, Jenna Stewart of Winnie; mother, Marianne Luzia Lynch; sisters, Janine Zahand and husband, Thomas and Denese Kerik, all of Brownville, PA, Misty Humphrey and husband, Elliott of Uniontown, PA, Lisa Kucera and husband, Eric of Daisytown, PA and numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Friday, March 20, from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm, at Dorman Funeral Home.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, March 21, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Doyle Cemetery in Starks.
