An elderly Vidor couple were stabbed and killed at a home in the 300 block of N. Timberlane last night. The man, who was in his 80s was found in the hallway stabbed more than once. The woman's body was found in a chair and had also been stabbed more than one time. Vidor Police are seeking the public's help in finding a pickup truck that may help solve the stabbing deaths of the couple.

According to Judge Derry Dunn, relatives went to the home at about 11:00 pm to check on somebody at the home. When they opened the door, they discovered the bodies. Dunn says they know the identity of the man, but are trying to determine the woman's identity. Dunn has ordered autopsies.

Dunn said nothing in the home appeared to be out of place, as it may have been in the case of a robbery.

Vidor Police Chief, David Shows, says investigators are asking for the public's help in finding a grey, 2006 Chevrolet extended cab or four-door pickup with a bed cover. The truck's license plate is Texas CA9-1850.

Along with Vidor Police, Beaumont Police and Orange County Sheriff's Office.
