H-E-B, committed to quality of its products, is issuing a precautionary recall for ground beef sold Friday, June 12, only at the H-E-B store in Port Arthur, located at 4800 Highway 365, due to the possible presence of foreign material. No reports of incident or illness have been reported.

The precautionary recall is isolated to only this one store and affects the following:

All Ground Chuck VP and Ground Chuck small pack sold on Styrofoam trays with clear plastic wrap, packed Friday, June 12, with a time stamp of 6:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
