AgriLife extension office offering food handlers class

Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Office County Extension Agent Fallon Foster will be offering a three hour food handlers class which is Texas Department of State Health Services accredited food handlers program.
This class is recommended for all food service employees to help promote the service of safe food.
The Basic overview of food safety practices that are necessary to ensure you serve safe food at your establishment such as but not limited to; good personal hygiene cross contamination and time and temperature abuse.
The class will be held at the Extension office, July 23, from 9:00 am to noon.
The class is $20 per person and is payable by check or cash the day of the class.
Anyone wishing to attend must pre-register with the Extension office by July 21; call 882-7010.
