Orangefield elementary students learn to stay low during fires. BCVFD and OVFD stopped by the school to introduce the children to Sparky and to teach them all about fire safety.

Tuesday,Oct. 13, Bridge City and Orangefield Volunteer Fire Departments visited Orangefield Elementary. They brought several fire trucks and their fire house. Students met Sparky and learned all about fire safety. They took turns practicing how to stay low and go in the fire house and were able to take a closer look at the equipment located on the fire trucks.
