WOSMS hoopsters take on Hardin Jefferson

The WOSMS boys basketball teams hosted Hardin Jefferson Thursday night and finished 3-1.
The 7B team started the night with a come from behind 12-11 win. Jalen Thompson lead the team with 6 points.
In the 8B game the Stallions broke the trend of two straight ties this season with a 20-16 win over the Hawks. Labarius Spraggins was the leading scorer with 10 points.
The 7A dropped the lone game of the night losing to a talented HJ team 15-33. Darryl Bowns lead the team with 6 points.
In the final game of the night the 8A team trailed the entire game, but turned things up in the 4th period and came away with a hard fought victory 42-35. Keontae Strother lead the Stallions with 19 points. The boys will host Mauriceville Monday night with the first game at 5:00 pm.
