The Orange Branch of the NAACP will meet Thursday, Jan. 28, at 6 pm in the West Orange Cove Administration Building, 902 W. Park St., Orange. All members and interested persons are encouraged and invited to attend. Discussion will include voter registration, Black History Month activities, local concerns and issues.
