The National Weather Service in Lake Charles is predicting a small chance for rain on Saturday, with less than a tenth of an inch expected. Otherwise, no rain is forecast for the next seven days. Temperatures will run cooler than normal, with lows mainly in the 30s and highs in the 50s.

Monday and Tuesday will bring gusty northwest winds of 20 to 30 mph, which will aid in causing tides to run a foot below normal during that time frame.
A warming trend is expected towards the end of next week.
