From Orange County Emergency Management Office at 11:05 p.m. Tuesday:

All lanes of I-10 East are shutting down. Entire Interstate will now be closed.

On March 15, at 11:05 pm East bound Interstate 10 in Orange County has been ordered closed to all traffic due to high water over the highway on the Texas side of the Sabine River bridge. Traffic will be diverted at Hwy. 62 in Orange County. In Jefferson County traffic will be diverted at U.S. Hwy 69/96/287. With this closure, all lanes of the interstate are closed at Hwy 62. It is unknown at this time the time frame for the reopening of the interstate.
