The City of Orange has announced a grand opening and ribbon cutting for the newest attraction in the City, a splash pad located in Navy Park at 511 Morrell Blvd. The splash pad will be open for enjoyment after the grand opening and ribbon cutting, which is scheduled for Tuesday, May 10, at 4:00 p.m. There will be no admission fee for the splash pad or the grand opening event. This is a free attraction for citizens and visitors of Orange.

The City encourages the use of the splash pad for all to come out and beat the heat with a family friendly activity. The splash pad will have seven self-activated spray features for children to enjoy, which will provide hours of fun. However, please note, no lifeguards will be at the splash pad. Benches will be placed around the splash pad for parents to relax and observe their children as they play. The splash pad will be open Sunday through Saturday, from 10 a.m.-8 p.m.
