The Celebration of Life for Mrs. Josephine Anderson, 77, of Orange, will be held during memorial services Saturday, June 4, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses', 7841 N. Hwy. 87 in Orange. Services will begin at 11:00 a.m. under the direction of Sparrow Funeral Home. She died May 26.

A native of Clayton, LA., Mrs. Anderson was a Licensed Vocational Nurse. She retired from the former Orange Memorial Hospital after 30 years of service. In 2012 she received a Citation from President Barack Obama for her service as a Volunteer Grandmother in the West Orange-Cove School District.

Survivors include sons, Lovely Wade and Gregory Anderson; daughters Loranza Anderson, Belinda Williams, JoAnn Dow, Rose Thomas, Margaret Warnell, Marilyn Lovely Anderson and Veronica Anderson and numerous grand and great grandchildren.
